tep 1: Before we begin the cleaning process, we lower the water level in your pool 8”-10” below the calcium line. Benefiting your pool water quality with new water, helping lower the calcium levels in your pool water.

Step 2: After the water is lowered, we get to work with our customized equipment, and start removing the Calcium/Scum line. 

Step 3: After removing the calcium, we use our top tier tile sealant to protect your tile and reseal any areas the calcium held onto the original sealer & was removed. ensuring we leave your pool tile to a new look standard.

Step 4: We then clean the pool deck of any debris from the cleaning process. And start vacuuming out the media left behind in the pool. We do not vacuum into your pool filter. We have special equipment to vacuum into our own filtering process.

Optional Step 5: for any fake rock that the calcium was blasted off. usually removes the stain/paint. The next step would be to match the existing color as best as possible and recoat the fake rocks.
